When Technology Moves Beyond the Lab: RV Connex Partners with Erber Family Foundation to Build Career Pathways for Thai Youth

On 26 December 2025, the executive team of R V Connex Co., Ltd. visited children under the care of the Erber Family Foundation at Erber Family Village in Hang Dong District, Chiang Mai Province.

The visit marked an important milestone in the collaboration between RV Connex and the Erber Family Foundation, aimed at giving young people hands-on exposure to real-world careers in technology and engineering. As part of this partnership, RV Connex will introduce internship programs during school holidays, enabling students to build practical skills and explore professional pathways. The participating youths are currently studying at Panyaden International School in Chiang Mai.

RV Connex places strong emphasis on learning beyond the classroom. Through carefully designed activities, students are introduced to a wide range of disciplines, including aircraft manufacturing, software engineering, cybersecurity, and satellite assembly—opening doors to careers they may never have imagined.

Mr. Anuwat Watanakij, Founder of R V Connex Co., Ltd., said: “Opportunity is not a gift—it is a space where young people can prove their own potential. We want them to stand on their own abilities. Mrs. Piyapa Erber, Co-Founder of the Erber Family Foundation, shared her perspective on the partnership: “Not every child begins life on equal ground, but education is the key to turning lives around. When private-sector partners like RV Connex become part of this journey, children start to see that their dreams are no longer out of reach.”

The Erber Family Foundation was established by Mrs. Piyapa Erber and Mr. Erich Erber and was officially registered in 2021. Its mission is to support underprivileged children and youth through education and holistic care. The Foundation’s flagship initiative, Erber Family Village, provides a safe residential environment close to schools, along with support systems for daily well-being and physical and psychological rehabilitation.

The collaboration between RV Connex and the Erber Family Foundation reflects a CSR philosophy that goes beyond giving. It is about building real pathways—empowering young people to discover their potential and grow into future contributors to society.
