Bangkok, 7 May 2026 — R V Connex Co., Ltd. participated in a special panel discussion titled "Build Your Dreams" as part of the "School of My Dreams" seminar, held at the Khurusapha Auditorium, Bangkok. Organised by the Faculty of Science and Technology, Pathumwan Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the Rajaprajanugroh Foundation Under the Royal Patronage and Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM), the event brought together over 459 school administrators and students from across the country to exchange perspectives on the future of education and the skills that tomorrow's workforce will need.

RV Connex was represented by Ms. Phanlapha Srichiengwang, Director of Human Resource and Director of Information Technology, who joined a distinguished panel of industry leaders to share insights from Thailand's technology and engineering sector. A key theme of the discussion centred on what "future skills" truly mean — and why academic knowledge alone is no longer sufficient for those who aspire to turn ideas into reality in a technology-driven world.

Ms. Phanlapha reflected that while classroom foundations remain essential, today's workplace demands far more: systems thinking, adaptability, effective communication, and the courage to act under uncertainty. "The world is not short of knowledgeable people — it is short of people willing to act, experiment, and learn from what has no ready-made answer. The next generation will not compete on who knows more, but on who is bold enough to think differently and grow from failure faster."

RV Connex's participation reflects the company's ongoing commitment to bridging industry and education — investing in Thailand's next generation through the sharing of authentic experience, and the belief that young people, given the right environment, are fully capable of building the future this country needs.
