Pathum Thani, 7 July 2026 — R V Connex Co., Ltd. had the honour of welcoming a distinguished delegation from the Ministry of Defence, Singapore (MINDEF), led by Brigadier-General Yew Chee Leung, Deputy Secretary (Technology) and Future Systems and Technology Architect, accompanied by senior officials from the Industry Research and Policy Office (IRPO) and the Defence Technology Collaboration Office. The delegation visited the company's headquarters in Pathum Thani Province for a briefing and facility tour focusing on the company's research and development capabilities in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and defence technology.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange knowledge on RV Connex's ongoing R&D initiatives — spanning tactical UAV systems, C⁶ISR platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and system integration capabilities — all developed by Thai engineers and technical specialists to meet the operational requirements of armed forces and security agencies both domestically and across the region.

During the visit, the delegation was introduced to RV Connex's full spectrum of capabilities, including the Cyber Security Operation Centre (CSOC), the Integrated Operational Centre (IOC), and a portfolio of UAV platforms including the Sky Scout Tactical UAS, Red Kite Surveillance UAS, JRV-01 Jet-Powered Target Drone, and the Pathum Mini UAS Series. The delegation also toured the Alpha Jet System Integration Lab (SIL), the FED STD Class 100,000 Clean Rooms for precision component production, and the SMT electronics assembly facility.

The visit underscores the importance of continued defence technology dialogue and knowledge exchange between Singapore and Thailand, while highlighting the growing strength of Thailand's indigenous defence technology ecosystem.
